Return and Shipping Policy

Q1. How do I place an order?

A1. Please follow the 5 step process below for the same:

  1. Select the product(s) you like
  2. Enter the quantity to purchase
  3. Press “Add to Cart”
  4. View Cart- Check product design and quantity
  5. Make payment using Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation mail from our side.

P.S. You will need to register yourself on our website the very first time that you place an order, and can use the same login details on your future orders.

Q2. What are the shipping methods available?

A2. Tatsat has partnered with various reputed courier partners like Fed Ex, DHL, Aramex etc. who provide the best door to door service around the world.

Q3. How long will it take to receive my package?

A3. Depending on your location it takes 5-10 days for the package to reach you after dispatch. Upon dispatch you would receive an e-mail containing the tracking ID of the package dispatched against your order.

A4. You may reach out to us via any of the means listed on our “Contact Us” page. We will be more than happy to assist to you at any point of time.

Q5.  What is the return policy?

A5. All our orders go through stringent checks to ensure that there are no compromises on quality. We ensure that not a single defective product should reach our clients.

However, if you do have a concern, we’ll do our utmost to take care of it.

  • If you receive a damaged product, we request you to mail us a photograph of the same within 48 hours of receiving it. Our team will assess the damage and upon approval by the team, the product will be replaced.
  • In case you would like to return the product, kindly intimate us within 7days of receiving it. The product should reach us within 15 days after your intimation. Kindly note that return shipping cost will have to be borne by you. Also, kindly note that not all products are eligible for returns, we request you to kindly check these details in the product information section.
  • Once the return request has been accepted by the team, the refund process will be initiated after we receive the item and it has passed through the necessary quality check. All returns are subject to the discretion of tatsat.

Also, kindly note that given the consumable nature of some products, all products are not eligible for return. Request you to kindly check these details in the product information section.

Q6.  Do I have to pay for shipping?

A6. You have to pay a nominal shipping fee of Rs 99 for orders below 3000INR. Shipping is free for orders above 3000INR.
Some products above the average weight will have an extra shipping cost and this will be indicated alongwith the product.
